In Which I Make a Project Called #reverb10

#reverb10 –  Make.
What was the last thing you made? What materials did you use?
Is there something you want to make, but you need to clear some time for it?
(Author: Gretchen Rubin@gretchenrubin)

I’m making an incredible project:

#reverb10 on the screen

With two amazing women:

The #reverb10 HQ

Gwen {who dances gracefully and passionately through leadership and authenticity} and Kaileen {who plants mustard seeds in hearts and sparkles extraordinarily brightly}

Falling Out of Love – #reverb10

#reverb10 –  Let Go.
What (or whom) did you let go of this year? Why?
(Author: Alice Bradley@finslippy)

I let go of a notion, on November 8, in a tweet.

Addendum

tears fall like
anvils
down

over my cheeks
landing on my wrist
hands cupping
face

i open wide my hands
look
at bare palms

i release
this
idea

my heart, liberated

and

perforated

by
moments and months
of doubt

a notion

(you),
rescinded.

Wonder – #reverb10

Tea at Atlas Purveyors

#reverb10 – Wonder.
How did you cultivate a sense of wonder in your life this year?
(Author: Jeffrey Davis)

I developed wonder at cafes. Meeting people.

I met a lot of people during 2010. I wish I had noted every single person I met—it would be an incredible list (and perhaps I will do just that in 2011: make note of the people I meet).

I met people mostly over tea and coffee. I spent a whole lotta time in cafes. The conversations, interactions and shared experiences cultivated wonder in my heart and in my life. And it’s those conversations that fuel me now: in my business, in my passion projects, in my relationships.
